Benefits of Ninja Warrior Classes

Every sport challenges an athlete in coordination and skill. The sport of Ninja Warrior encompasses balance, agility, coordination, strength, endurance, and fun.

Balance

Many obstacles in a ninja warrior course require an athlete to balance on an unstable platform or apparatus in order to get from one side to the next.

Agility

Obstacles such as the floating boards, spinning bridge, or balance beam force an athlete to get from one end of a course to another quickly.

Coordination

Like any other sport, Ninja Warrior requires coordination. Athletes must perform multiple tasks at once in order to complete an obstacle.

Strength

Many obstacles found on a course require strength. Athletes must master the basics of body control, including hangs, pull-ups, and swings in order to complete obstacles such as the monkey bars, ring toss, or salmon ladder.

Endurance

Courses include many obstacles that must be completed back to back. Some courses include between 6 to 20 challenges.

Fun

Coaches at Obstacle Warrior Kids teach a curriculum designed to progress an athlete of any level, while incorporating fun and enjoyable challenges.
